Connector Creation Page Guide

Navigation menu

  1. Click Power BI Connector in the navigation menu and select the tool for business analytics: Power BI or Tableau (if you do not have access contact the administrator).

 

2. Click  Create connector for Power BI

After clicking Create connector you will see a form for creating connector:

  1. In the left side menu select a product from the exported fields

  2. Enter the Name and Description (optional)

  3. Specify JQL to filter the issues to be fetched by the connector

  4. Select the period for uploading issues in the Issues updated field

  5. Select the product you need on the left side of the page:
    Jira Software
    Jira Service Desk
    Jira Core
    Profields - Jira Project Tracking
    Tempo Timesheets
    Tempo Planner
    Insight - Asset Management
    Advanced Roadmaps (formerly Portfolio)
    TM4J - Test Management for Jira
    XRAY
    Time to SLA
    Bitbucket
    GitHub
    Zephyr for Jira - Test Management
    BigPicture - Project Management & PPM

  6. Select the fields to be pulled by the connector

  7. Click Save
