How to connect if you are using SSO

We offer you several solutions:

1. Install any of the plugins:

• API Tokens for Jira

• API Token Authentication Jira

With authentication tokens, you can connect and export data to Power BI Desktop, even if you're using SSO.

Or

2. Create an internal user in Jira and give this user access to the plugin. SSO users through their JIRA accounts can create connectors and share them with internal users. It is necessary to export the data to Power BI Desktop through the accounts of an internal users.

Remember: all data is exported according to Jira permission schemes.

3. In the near future, we are developing the ability to log in through a Personal Access Token (PAT).
