Create Qlik connector
Administrator should provide you access to the plugin first
Go to Power BI Connectors page: click Apps and select Qlik Sense & Qlik View Connector for Jira from Jira main navigation menu.
Click Create data source
Enter the Name and Description (optional)
Select Filter to filter by boards
Specify JQL to filter the issues to be fetched by the connector
Select the period for uploading issues in the Issues updated field
Select the product you need on the left side menu of the page:

Insight - Asset Management
TM4J - Test Management for Jira (ZEPHYR SCALE)

Click Save
Create Credentials to export data
To export data to Power BI you have to create credentials.
Use your Email as username and API Token as a password
Create Api Token
Follow the instructions:
Log in to https://id.atlassian.com/manage/api-tokens.
Click Create API token.
From the dialog that appears, enter a memorable and concise Label for your token and click Create.
Click Copy to clipboard, then paste the token to your script, or elsewhere to save

Create credentials
Click Create credentials
Enter your email to E-mail field
Enter your API Token you have previously created to API Token field
Click Submit
“Your credential successfully saved” message appears

Export to Qlik Sense Desktop
Actions
This menu provides access to additional features. Copy, edit or share your connectors in a few clicks
Copy link - copy link for export to Qlik
Edit - this option allows you to go to the connector edit page. Available to the administrator, connector author or user with the “Admin” privileges.
Export fields - click "Export fields" to see fields you can export and relationships between tables
Audit for connector - with this functionality you can control the main changes that occur with the connectors

You can filter data by many metrics: Action (created, updated), Users, Last modified date (you can select the time period for which you want to receive the report), Field Name (selection of fields for which changes were made).
Share settings - granting rights to the connector. This option is available to the administrator, connector author or user with the “Admin” privileges.
Clone - creating copy of any existed connector
Delete - option to delete a connector. Available to the administrator, connector author or user with the “Admin” privileges.
The author can share access to the connector with other users and groups who have access to the plugin.
All users who are in the jira-administrators group have access to all connectors and have the same access as the author of the connector.
