Notifying users about actions with connectors

Notifications are sent to the user by mail if:

1. A user or group has access to the plugin.

2. The user or group was given access to the connector.

3. The admin removes the user connector without admin rights, the user receives a notification about it.

4. Admin edits user or group connector.

5. If a user or a group has edited the author's connector.
